Inboxes are the "workers" of your outreach factory. 0ct provisions, warms up, and rotates inboxes to maintain high reputation.
Provisioning Limits
To protect domain reputation, we enforce a strict limit of 3 inboxes per domain.
Why? If one inbox gets flagged as spam, it often drags down the reputation of the entire domain. By spreading volume across many domains with few inboxes each, we minimize the "blast radius" of any deliverability issues.
Automated Warmup
Every new inbox enters a mandatory 14-day warmup period.
- Days 1-3: 5 emails/day
- Days 4-7: 10-15 emails/day
- Days 8-14: Ramp up to 40 emails/day
During warmup, your inboxes automatically exchange emails with our network of 50,000+ high-reputation accounts, automatically replying and marking emails as "Not Spam" to signal to Google/Outlook that you are a legitimate sender.
Rotation & Health
If an inbox's health score drops below 80 (based on open rates, bounce rates, and spam complaints), 0ct automatically pauses it and routes campaign traffic to other healthy inboxes. The paused inbox enters a "Recovery Mode" (warmup only) until its score improves.
