0ct treats lead lists as dynamic audiences rather than static rows. Upload your data, and we keep it clean.

CSV Uploads

The primary way to bring data into 0ct is via CSV upload. Your file must contain at least an email column.

Recommended columns for personalization:

• first_name
• last_name
• company_name
• job_title
• website
• linkedin_url
• location

Real-time Verification

We don't trust your data. (Sorry!)

When you upload a file, we run every email through a rigorous verification process:

1. Syntax Check: Is it a valid email format?
2. MX Record Check: Does the domain receive email?
3. SMTP Handshake: We ping the server (without sending) to see if the user exists.
4. Catch-all Detection: We identify risky catch-all addresses.

Invalid emails are automatically stripped from the audience to prevent bounces that hurt your sender reputation.
